How often will new episodes and series be added?

We launch new episodes and original series each week. Follow @smwplus on Twitter and Instagram for real-time updates, news and announcements. You can also check your email inbox every Tuesday for your weekly "What's on SMW+?" email and subscribe to our Google calendar to get notifications before each session starts.


Are episodes available to watch on-demand?

Yes, absolutely! Please note it may take as long as 24 hours for the on-demand playback to appear.


Can I cancel at any time?

To cancel your membership, log into your account then click into your profile settings where you can adjust your subscription via "My Subscription." You can also update your status by selecting "Change Payment."


Is there going to be a community network?

As a paid subscriber, you will be sent an invitation to join the SMW+ Slack community via email. You will also still be able to connect with and audience members via the chat feature during live episode broadcasts.
